Do I need programming skills?

No. AppSheet and NocoBase are both configured through a visual interface; Excel or Google Sheets skills are enough to get started.

How is this different from buying packaged software, building with AI yourself or hiring an outside team?

Three questions to ask: does packaged software fit your specific processes; if you build with AI yourself, who controls the data, permissions and maintenance; and once an outside team hands over, can you make changes yourself? BAMFLOW starts from your processes, builds on a controlled platform and hands over so your team owns the system.

Should I choose AppSheet or NocoBase?

AppSheet when your team uses Google Workspace and needs a mobile app fast. NocoBase when you need data on your own server, many roles and multi-level approvals. BAMFLOW advises after discovery, based on each business's actual needs.

What determines implementation time and cost?

Time depends on the number of processes and how ready your data is; specific milestones follow discovery. Costs are itemised: one-off implementation, recurring licence or infrastructure fees, and AI / API usage if needed.

After handover, who is responsible for adjusting the system?
